Abstract: The development of economy and the progress of science and technology have resulted in higher requirement of improving the quality of professional postgraduates. In pertinence to the existing problems, we should take corresponding improving measures to enrollment quality, course system, academic advisor, teachers' performance evaluation mechanism and graduate students' management.
