Abstract: In order to improve the quality and efficiency, the major grain producing area in Anhui Province is analyzed by taking its current situation as the breakthrough point and selecting relevant data of Anhui Statistical Bureau. On this basis, some suggestions are put forward, such as introducing agricultural technology students back home to start business, promoting modern agricultural scientific planting, changing farmers' attitudes towards land circulation, cultivating new agricultural management subjects, improving agricultural insurance policy to ensure the income of farmers; and considering the generation differences to promote the improvement of interest compensation mechanism.
