Abstract: High quality development is the central task of higher education in the new era, and the essence of university connotation development is to achieve high quality development, which requires to rely on the connotation construction and development quality promotion of the secondary college. Specifically, the secondary college should strengthen the construction of teaching staff, improve the quality of personnel training, strengthen the construction subject specialty, build the characteristic of running a school, strengthen standardization management and college cohesive force, strengthen soft power construction and promote college cultural level.
