Abstract: In the protection of network copyright, there exist problems such asimperfect legislation, without strict standard for determining responsibility and right, and unmatched cost of infringement and rights protection, etc. Network copyright protection should innovate protection mode, take measures in legislative protection, judicial protection, administrative protection and social protection for the healthy development of our copyright cause.
