Abstract: The development of cultural industry puts forward new requirements for local universities to cultivate skillful creative talents. Design specialty should, by means of cooperative education of industry, university and institute, strengthen practical education, attach importance to the combination of practical ability with professional needs, stress the establishment of teaching staff with "double competence", and cultivate applied talents with creative ability.
