Abstract:
The evaluation and appointment of senior professional title are closely related to the vital interests of teachers in colleges and universities, which can affect the stability of teaching force and the development of disciplines. At present, there are still some problems in the evaluation and appointment of senior professional title in colleges and universities, such as difficulties for young teachers to be appraised for senior professional title, excessive emphasis on scientific research projects and lack of post-appointment assessment management, etc. Therefore, it is necessary for colleges and universities to improve the basic conditions and impartiality of senior professional title evaluation, increase the reward for teaching and scientific research, and strengthen the dynamic management of senior professional title evaluation during the appointment period so that the incentive and restraint mechanisms of senior professional title can coexist to improve the enthusiasm of young teachers in teaching and scientific research.
