Abstract:
Reasonable use of case teaching in college students' constitutional education can make up for the shortcomings of traditional theory teaching, make the course close to practice, stimulate students' enthusiasm for learning, effectively promote students to form legal thinking, and firmly establish constitutional consciousness. Therefore, constitutional case teaching should run through the teaching objective of integrating knowledge, thinking and concept, select teaching cases after considering the characteristics of constitutional cases, reflect the standpoint of constructivism in teaching process, mainly adopt two teaching methods including "case-based reasoning" and "case-based guidance".
