案例教学在大学生宪法教育中的运用

Application of Case Teaching in College Students' Constitutional Education

  • 摘要: 在大学生宪法教育过程中合理利用案例教学可以弥补传统理论讲授的不足,让宪法教学贴近实践,激发学生的学习热情,有效促进学生形塑法治思维,牢固树立宪法意识。宪法案例教学应该贯穿知识、思维和观念三维一体的教学目标,教学案例的选取需要重点考量宪法案例的自身特点,教学过程须体现建构主义的立场,教学方式主要表现为“以案说理式”和“案例导引式”两种形式。

     

    Abstract: Reasonable use of case teaching in college students' constitutional education can make up for the shortcomings of traditional theory teaching, make the course close to practice, stimulate students' enthusiasm for learning, effectively promote students to form legal thinking, and firmly establish constitutional consciousness. Therefore, constitutional case teaching should run through the teaching objective of integrating knowledge, thinking and concept, select teaching cases after considering the characteristics of constitutional cases, reflect the standpoint of constructivism in teaching process, mainly adopt two teaching methods including "case-based reasoning" and "case-based guidance".
