  • 摘要: 高校引入社会餐饮企业是后勤社会化改革的积极探索。安徽工业大学通过探索与实践,对引入的社会餐饮企业建立起完整的责任体系、标准体系、监管体系、考核体系,并注重对考核结果的运用,确保餐饮服务满足广大师生需求。

     

    Abstract: Introducing social catering enterprises into colleges and universities is an active exploration of logistic socialization reform. Trough exploration and practice, Anhui University of Technology has established complete responsibility system, standard system, supervision system and assessment system for the social catering enterprises introduced and paid attention to application of assessment results, so as to ensure that catering services meet the needs of all teachers and students.
