Abstract: The translation of classical texts requires the translator to have a rigorous attitude and to skillfully use various translation methods in order to enhance the dissemination effect of the translated texts. Nevertheless, misreading and mistranslation are unavoidable in the translation of classics. Classics translation should be taken as a model in translation practice teaching, which can inspire students in translation attitude, communication effect and critical spirit.
