Abstract: Vocational colleges should meet the needs of national economic development and reform the traditional teaching mode which takes theory as the main part and practice as the supplement. Emphasis should be put on the construction of a vocational education system with the integration of work and study, which focuses on practical teaching, a talent training program based on modern apprenticeship system, and a practical teaching system with two stages of in-school training and three stages of out-of-school teaching. In addition, it is necessary to develop job-based curriculum system and curriculum standards, encourage school and enterprise to jointly set up teaching teams and build training centers for school-enterprise cooperation, and build a scientific and perfect practical assessment and evaluation system.
