高职院校教师差异化绩效考核研究

A Research on Differentiated Performance Assessment of Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges

  • 摘要: 建立科学合理的高职院校绩效考核机制是深化人事制度改革提高管理水平的关键。要通过重新设计整合差异化教师能力发展考核因素,制定基于数字环境下高职院校教师差异化绩效考核机制,激发教师教学科研与社会服务工作的潜能,促进教师职业能力发展与学校整体绩效稳定持续提高。

     

    Abstract: Establishing a scientific and reasonable performance evaluation mechanism in higher vocational colleges is the key to deepening the reform of personnel system and improving management level. Therefore, it is necessary to formulate a differentiated performance evaluation mechanism of teachers in higher vocational colleges based on digital environment through redesigning and integrating the evaluation factors of differentiated teachers' ability development, stimulate teachers' potential in scientific research and social service work, promote the development of teachers' professional ability as well as the continuous and steady improvement of school's overall performance.
