Abstract:
Internet public opinion in colleges and universities is characterized by suddenness, universality and anonymity under the environment of self-media. In recent years, colleges and universities have accumulated some effective ways to deal with Internet public opinion, but there are still some problems, such as single way of handling, imperfect supervision mechanism of public opinion and so on. Colleges and universities should establish a new guidance mechanism of online public opinion, timely and effectively respond to online opinions, establish a sound early warning and monitoring mechanism of online public opinion, so as to strengthen crisis management of Internet public opinion in colleges and universities.
