Abstract: There are three risks in the introduction of high-level talents in colleges and universities:talent recruitment, talent development and brain drain. To deal with these risks, colleges and universities should set up a probation assessment system for introducing talents, pay attention to the development of introducing talents, and increase the training and funding of talents inside the school.
