Abstract: Sharing the benefits of development, as a new development idea, is both an important part and value orientation of it, and it is also an important part of Xi Jinping's socialist thought with Chinese characteristics in the new era. To practice sharing the benefits of development, firstly, we should form the concept of sharing the benefits of development and propel its development with the education of socialist core value, secondly, we should formulate scientific re-allocation program to promote the development of sharing the benefits, and finally, we should perfect the system to guarantee the development of sharing the benefits.
