Abstract: The cultivation of advanced students in university has abundant theoretical foundation. Nowadays, there are some problems existing in the cultivation, which lacks systematicness and perspectiveness, the publicity lacks creativeness, and education lacks continuity and hierarchy. To solve these problems, it requires optional mechanism, publicity leading mechanism and evaluation feedback mechanism to promote systematicness, contemporaneity and creativeness of the cultivation, further develop the cultivation of advanced figures among university students.
