Abstract: In order to strengthen the construction of grass-roots Party organizations, the promotion of organizational ability should be emphasized and political functions should be highlighted. The organizational ability of student Party branches is based on normative system and mechanism, takes scientific educational management system as the key, and is mainly embodied in student Party branch's role as a battle fortress. Therefore, colleges and universities should adopt problem-oriented method, identify the main problems of organizational ability construction of student Party branches in the new era, and promote their organizational ability by perfecting the system and mechanism under the leadership of politics, strengthening the educational management process with new media as the carrier, and practicing the pioneering role of serving the people wholeheartedly.
