出版专业技术人员继续教育的特点、问题及其改进

Characteristics, Problems and Improvement of Continuing Education of Technicians in Publishing Specialty

  • 摘要: 我国出版专业技术人员继续教育培训自《出版专业技术人员继续教育暂行规定》颁布以来渐渐规范化,作用凸显,成绩喜人,但还存在缺乏前期调研、思想认识误区、课程内容重复、考核标准各异、授课形式单一、培训受众有限等问题。改进我国出版专业技术人员继续教育工作,提升继续教育的效果应了解学员需求、加强宣传引导、精选培训内容、完善考试制度、增加师生互动、扩大教育范围。

     

    Abstract: The training in technicians' continuing education in China's publishing specialty has gradually standardized, played a prominent role and achieved gratifying results. However, there are still some problems, such as lack of preliminary research, mistakes in ideological understanding, overlapping problem of curriculum content, different assessment standards, single teaching form and limited audience for training. In order to improve the continuing education of technicians in publishing specialty and enhance the effect of continuing education, it is necessary to understand the needs of students, strengthen propaganda and guidance, select training content carefully, improve the examination system, increase teacher-student interaction and expand the scope of education.
