Abstract:
The training in technicians' continuing education in China's publishing specialty has gradually standardized, played a prominent role and achieved gratifying results. However, there are still some problems, such as lack of preliminary research, mistakes in ideological understanding, overlapping problem of curriculum content, different assessment standards, single teaching form and limited audience for training. In order to improve the continuing education of technicians in publishing specialty and enhance the effect of continuing education, it is necessary to understand the needs of students, strengthen propaganda and guidance, select training content carefully, improve the examination system, increase teacher-student interaction and expand the scope of education.
