Abstract: Agricultural science and technology innovation plays a vital role in the successful implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization, and rural finance is the key element of agricultural science and technology innovation. There are some problems in Anqing's rural financial support for agricultural science and technology innovation, such as institutional environment, financing docking, innovative enterprise organization, risk mechanism and guiding policy supply. Therefore, it is necessary to create a coordinated system operation environment, promote the diversification of rural financial model design, strengthen the market competitiveness of agricultural science and technology innovative enterprises, improve the risk sharing mechanism of rural financial operation, and construct supervision and escort mechanism, so as to drive agricultural science and technology innovation.
