Abstract:
Competition among enterprises is the competition of talents in the final analysis. As the soul of enterprises, corporate culture has led people's ideological direction and changed people's behavior imperceptibly. The construction of corporate culture should be regarded as the essential direction of management in order to achieve more effective human resources management. Starting from the analysis of corporate culture structure, this paper further elaborates the important influence of culture on human resources management, and explores the requirements and ways of building corporate culture to promote human resources management.
