Abstract: The Property Law elaborates basic principles of property with the goal of resolving disputes. The registration confrontation doctrine of special movable property is the rule of property variation stimulated in China's Property Law. Due to the particularity of registration confrontation in China's legal system, there are still differences in the property variation of special movable property in terms of validity requirements, legal effect of registration, nature and scope of bona fide third party. In order to eliminate the differences of registration confrontation in Property Law, it is necessary to improve the content of registration confrontation system, attach importance to the application value of registration confrontation, and promote the maturity of legislative technology.
