Abstract: Vocational training of rural labor force is an objective demand of Ma'anshan, which still has many problems in the actual practice. To improve the vocational training of rural labor force in Ma'anshan, it is necessary to strengthen the guidance of the government as well as the linkage of enterprises, universities, and private training institutions, make plans, strengthen management and improve the quality of training.
