Abstract: The ideological and political education of college students is subjective, systematic and hierarchical. However, due to the weak combination of ideological and political education, the lagging of talent quality, the complexity of campus cultural environment and other factors, the construction of the ideological and political education mechanism is facing severe challenges. Colleges and universities should establish the guarantee mechanism of ideological and political education by improving the leadership system, strengthening the quality of talents, optimizing the campus environment, and perfecting the rules and regulations.
