Abstract: Currently, there are some problems in the employment of college students, such as inaccurate positioning, lack of practical experience, and lack of comprehensive employment ability. Therefore, colleges and universities should strengthen the education of professional skills to enhance the core employment competitiveness of college students, strengthen the cultivation of comprehensive quality and ability to enhance students' soft power of employment, strengthen ideological and moral education to cultivate students' scientific and reasonable view of employment, and tighten the contact between school and enterprise to improve students' employment ability of practice.
