Abstract: News propaganda in wartime is an important means for a country, a nation or a political party to show its political position, encourage the morale of the army, win favorable public opinion as well as the victory of the war. Under the condition of information war, information has become an important strategic resource to determine the direction of a battlefield, and even can greatly increase the value of military power. Meanwhile, due to the special form of wartime society and the characteristics of wartime news, the corresponding legal system of wartime news should also have its particularity. Therefore, it is imperative to construct wartime news management and control system in China.
