Abstract: There is a huge intersection between ideological and political education and psychological education in colleges and universities. Mental health is an important premise and spiritual basis for the effective implementation of ideological and political education. To achieve the docking, interaction and integration of ideological and political education and psychological education, we should mainly solve the problems such as, concept of integration, removing institutional barriers to integration, and strengthening the teaching link of diversification, the multilevel cooperation,and promoting the sharing of educational platforms.
