Abstract: New media technology has stimulated the innovative development of the mode and method of ideological and political management. Colleges and universities should pay attention to people-oriented principle to highlight individualized ideological and political education, strengthen the construction of network to build a new media environment on campus, and strengthen publicity to improve the role of new media.
