Abstract: Libraries of colleges and universities should give full play to their advantages of information resources and professional services, change traditional service concept and mode to build a literary community, organically combine the function of serving the community with the training of students and volunteers, and make maximum use of their own resources to provide reliable support for the reading in open society.
