创新价值链视角下钢铁企业绿色技术创新效率研究

Research on the Efficiency of Green Technology Innovation in Iron and Steel Enterprises from the Perspective of Innovation Value Chain

  • 摘要: 基于企业创新价值链视角,将非期望产出纳入钢铁企业技术创新效率的研究框架,利用网络SBM-DEA模型和Malmquist指数方法对我国12家钢铁企业2011~2017年间的绿色技术创新效率和绿色全要素生产率进行研究。结果表明:钢铁企业绿色技术创新效率值适中且呈上升趋势;钢铁企业各创新子阶段效率变化趋势同步性较强,但不同子阶段的效率值存在差异,绝大多数钢铁企业的创新成果转化效率值要高于科技研发效率值;钢铁企业绿色全要素生产率的增长主要归功于创新成果转化效率的进步;钢铁企业科技研发阶段的绿色全要素生产率及其分解指数的增长都相对乏力。

     

    Abstract: From the perspective of enterprise innovation value chain, the unexpected output is included in the research framework of technological innovation efficiency of iron and steel enterprises.The network SBM-DEA model and Malmquist index are used to study the green technological innovation efficiency and green total factor productivity of 12 iron and steel enterprises in China from 2011 to 2017.The results show that the efficiency of green technology innovation in iron and steel enterprises is moderate and showing an upward trend.The change trend of efficiency in different innovation sub-stages of iron and iron and steel enterprises is synchronous, but the efficiency values in different sub-stages are different.The transformation efficiency values of innovation achievements in most iron and steel enterprises are higher than those of R&D efficiency.The growth of green total factor productivity in iron and steel enterprises is mainly attributed to the progress of transformation efficiency of innovation achievements.Compared with the transformation stage of innovation achievements, the growth of green total factor productivity and its decomposition index in the R&D stage of science and technology is relatively weak.
