Abstract:
Under the background of "new retail", community convenience stores are facing tremendous pressure of transformation and upgrading. E-commerce shocks, consumption upgrading, technological change, channel integration are the main driving forces of transformation and upgrading of community convenience stores. The community convenience stores should reconstruct the three elements of "man-goods-market" retail, precisely serve customers, provide goods or services, and accurately achieve multi-scene integration. At the same time, the state and local governments should provide policy support for community convenience stores in improving the level of convenience services, strengthening the application of information technology, and promoting the development of brand chain.
