本科生导师制功能定位与育人模式研究

A Research on the Function Orientation and Education Mode of Undergraduate Tutorial System

  • 摘要: 高水平本科教育对本科生导师在信息素养、甄别能力和跨界意识等方面提出了新要求。本科生导师应发挥言传身教的导向功能、适时引导的导学功能和情感交流的导心功能,实施"以研促学"的科研育人模式、"跨学科指导"的竞赛育人模式、"多元化搭配"的组合育人模式。尽管本科生导师功能定位有别于辅导员和班主任,但三者之间有密切的关系,应该互相配合。

     

    Abstract: It puts forward new requirements by high-level undergraduate education for undergraduate tutors in information literacy, discrimination ability and cross-border awareness. Undergraduate tutors should give full play to the direction guiding function of teaching by words and deeds, the study guiding function of timely guidance and the heart guiding function of emotional exchange, and implement the scientific research education mode of "promoting learning by research", competition education mode of "interdisciplinary guidance" and combination education mode of "diversified collocation". Although the function orientation of undergraduate tutor is different from that of counselor and head teacher, the three roles are closely related and should cooperate with each other.
