Abstract:
Job burnout of grass-roots civil servants is a big issue related to the efficiency of government operation and the quality of public service. In order to reduce the job burnout of civil servants and improve their work enthusiasm, it is not only necessary to practice the modern civil servant system, constantly improve the legal system of civil servants, but also to reduce the sources of their work pressure, strengthen social support for them, optimize the incentive methods of their salary, innovate the methods of performance appraisal, implement and improve the promotion mechanism.
