转专业学生适应性影响因素研究

A Study on the Influencing Factors of Major-transferred Students’ Adaptability

  • 摘要: 以安徽工业大学转专业学生为研究对象,研究大学生转专业后适应性的影响因素。研究结果表明:大学生转专业后适应性较好;转专业后成绩班级排名、人际关系、课外活动参与机会和参与意愿对转专业后的适应性没有显著影响;不同因素对提升转专业后适应性的作用方向不同;相同因素取值水平对提升适应性也有差异,差异程度与因素取值水平之间的差异高度相关。

     

    Abstract: Taking the major-transferred students in Anhui University of Technology as the research object, this paper studies the influencing factors of students’ adaptability after transferring majors. Results show that the adaptability of college students is good after transferring majors; Moreover, students’ grade ranking, interpersonal relationship, opportunities and willingness to participate extracurricular activities have no significant impact on their adaptability; In addition, different factors play different roles in improving students’ adaptability after transferring majors; Finally, different values of the same factor have different impacts on the improvement of adaptability, and the difference degree of the impacts is highly correlated with the degree of values.
