Abstract:
The training mode of poverty alleviation and post practice supporting physical education professionals has been highly recognized by all sectors of society which realized the optimized combination of school and local resources and met the needs of physical education teachers in poor areas. Due to the lack of educational resources in the assisted schools, it may cause the professional mismatch in the practice. Therefore, it is necessary to reasonably formulate and strictly implement the procedures and standards of supporting teaching activities for students majoring in physical education, improve the effect of on-the-job practice of physical education, enrich the teaching skills of physical education in the practice schools, and obtain the necessary teacher assistance.
