Abstract: The establishment of Jiangsu free trade zone is an important opportunity for the development of cross-border e-commerce. Based on the full analysis of the internal and external environment of Jiangsu Province, Jiangsu Province should formulate a unified cross-border e-commerce plan, build a national leading online integration development cross-border platform, vigorously develop the cross-border e-commerce characteristic industries in the location of the free trade zone and other cities in the province, innovate the cross-border e-commerce product supervision and customs clearance mechanism, and closely combine the advantages of system and policy of the free trade pilot zone with advantages of cross-border e-commerce industry to promote the "leapfrog" development of cross-border e-commerce in the province.
