Abstract: The enrollment of graduates in local colleges and universities is facing the problem of poor quality of students. In practical enrollment, graduate school has made a reasonable enrollment plan, strengthen graduate enrollment publicity, do a solid job in proposition and related work about second-round exam, and improve the policy of award and assistance, so as to ensure the fairness and justice of enrollment. Local colleges and universities should strive to create advantageous disciplines, do a good job in the connection of undergraduate and graduate education, build an interdisciplinary academic environment and training mechanism, increase international exchange and training, and strengthen the construction of campus culture, so as to improve the attraction of graduate enrollment to high-quality students.
