认知视域下“词汇音形义循环操练法”理论与实证研究

A Theoretical and Empirical Study on the “Circle Training of Pronunciation, Form and Meaning of Vocabulary” from the Perspective of Cognition

  • 摘要: 选取安徽工业大学外国语学院2016级和2017级英语专业学生为研究对象,以英语专业四级词汇为例,借助SPSS数据分析软件对“词汇音形义循环操练法”的训练效果和影响因素进行实证研究。实验结果显示,“词汇音形义循环操练法”具有普遍适用性,不受学生英语基础、年级、性别等因素的影响,其运用效果主要与学生学习动机的强弱和是否坚持使用该词汇学习策略有关。

     

    Abstract: Taking English majors of Grades 2016 and 2017 from School of Foreign Languages in Anhui University of Technology as the research object, this paper makes an empirical study on the training effect and influencing factors of “circle training of pronunciation, form and meaning of vocabulary” with TEM 4 vocabulary as an example. Results show that this circle training is of universal applicability and can not be affected by students' English foundation, grade, gender and other factors. Its application effect is mainly related to students' learning motivation and whether they insist on using the vocabulary learning strategy.
