Abstract: Colleges and universities should cultivate high-quality undergraduates by combining teaching and scientific research. Schools should provide reform policy support and good hardware facilities for the combination of teaching and scientific research. Teachers should improve their own quality, master advanced educational ideas, and become the leaders on the road to success of undergraduates. Students should give full play to their learning initiative and improve their self-control, so as to lay a solid foundation for their own growth and success.
