Abstract: Employment guidance course plays an important role in helping students to grasp the employment situation, understand social needs, and master job information, so as to ensure the completion of employment work in colleges and universities. At present, the employment guidance course is difficult to meet the needs of students and society. Colleges and universities should establish new ideas to improve the effectiveness of education, explore new models to improve the curriculum system, and advocate new methods to change teaching approach, so as to give full play to the practical value of employment guidance course and improve the employment competitiveness of college graduates.
