Abstract: People-centered development thought is an important content of Xi Jinping's new socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics, which is deeply rooted in the soil of China's traditional culture. On the one hand, it inherits the Chinese traditional people-oriented thought in “emphasizing the people, loving the people, enriching the people and giving people benefits”. On the other hand, it breaks through the limitations of traditional people-oriented thought and achieves its development and surpassing.
