Abstract:
The organizational capacity of grass-roots party organizations in colleges and universities refers to the comprehensive capacity of leading, organizing, gathering and calling on party members, organizations themselves, teachers, students and mass organizations with the full play of political functions. There are some problems in the grass-roots party organizations in some colleges and universities, such as weakening of political functions, too single way of setting up the organization, inadequate performance of party branch's responsibilities, and the substandard construction of the party branch secretaries. Therefore, in the construction of grass-roots party organizations, colleges and universities should enhance political function, innovate organization setting mode, strengthen the responsibilities of party branches, reinforce the construction of party branch secretaries, and constantly improve the political leadership, organizational coverage, organizational combat effectiveness and organizational appeal of grass-roots party organizations in colleges and universities.
