Abstract:
Some problems exist in the traditional teaching organizations at the grass-roots level in colleges and universities, such as the neglect of functions, the weakening of teaching research and teaching reform activities, the lag of young teachers' training, and the lack of teachers' teaching community. Under the background of “double ten thousand plans”, the construction of first-class undergraduate course focuses on the construction of grassroots teaching organization. Colleges and universities should innovate forms, clarify responsibilities, strengthen management, strengthen security, improve the evaluation and incentive mechanism, and strengthen the construction of grassroots teaching organizations.
