基于SWOT模型的安徽文化产业“走出去”发展策略研究

  • 摘要: 安徽省文化产业实施“走出去”战略,既有文化旅游资源丰富、发展基础厚实、产业政策完善等优势,也有专业人才缺乏、创新动力不足、产业研发能力不强等劣势。应抓住信息技术高速发展、文化产品海外市场不断扩大等机遇,采用先进科技实现产业的转型升级,继续深化文化产业管理体制改革,建立激励机制促进专业人才的培育,促进龙头文化企业形成品牌竞争力,大力发展文化产业的对外贸易,以推动安徽文化产业“走出去”。

     

    Abstract: The implementation of "going out" strategy in the cultural industry of Anhui province has advantages such as rich cultural tourism resources, solid development foundation and perfect industrial policies, as well as disadvantages such as lack of professional talents, lack of innovation motivation and weak industrial research and development ability.We should seize the opportunities of the rapid development of information technology and the continuous expansion of the overseas market of cultural products, adopt advanced science and technology to realize the transformation and upgrading of the industry, continue to deepen the reform of the management system of cultural industry, establish incentive mechanism to promote the cultivation of professionals, promote the formation of brand competitiveness of leading cultural enterprises, and vigorously develop the foreign trade of cultural industry, so as to promote the development of Anhui cultural industry "going out".
