Abstract: Due to the constraints of history, location, funding and other factors, local colleges and universities have many constraints in the process of carrying out innovation and entrepreneurship education. Based on the analysis of many unfavorable factors that restrict the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, this paper puts forward that through the deep integration of Specialty Education and Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education, from the perspective of concept transformation, mode innovation, classified development and cultural integration, this paper puts forward suggestions and measures to guide local universities to make breakthroughs in the curriculum system of innovative entrepreneurship education, with a view to improving the quality of engineering innovation and entrepreneurship education in local universities.
