基于模糊层次分析的环保设备专业人才培养质量评价

Quality Evaluation of Talent Cultivation of Environmental Protection Equipment Specialty Based on Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process

  • 摘要: 构建科学、合理的人才培养质量体系对于高等学校的专业建设及人才培养方案的优化具有重要意义。以环保设备工程专业的社会需求为导向,从基础素质、专业能力和拓展能力三个维度构建了13个二级指标组成的人才培养质量评价体系;通过模糊综合评价法、数据包络分析法及层次分析法相结合,对该专业在校师生的调查问卷进行了评价和分析,并提出了相关建议,以期对该专业人才培养方案的优化提供参考。

     

    Abstract: It is of great significance to construct a scientific and reasonable quality system of talent cultivation for the specialty construction and the optimization of talent cultivation plan in colleges and universities. Guided by the social needs of environmental protection equipment engineering specialty, this paper constructs a talent cultivation quality evaluation system composed of 13 secondary indicators from three dimensions of basic quality, professional ability and expanding ability. Through the combination of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, data envelopment analysis method and analytic hierarchy process, the questionnaires of teachers and students in this specialty are evaluated and analyzed, and corresponding suggestions are put forward, so as to provide important reference value for the optimization of the professional talent cultivation plan.
