Abstract:
It is of great significance to construct a scientific and reasonable quality system of talent cultivation for the specialty construction and the optimization of talent cultivation plan in colleges and universities. Guided by the social needs of environmental protection equipment engineering specialty, this paper constructs a talent cultivation quality evaluation system composed of 13 secondary indicators from three dimensions of basic quality, professional ability and expanding ability. Through the combination of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, data envelopment analysis method and analytic hierarchy process, the questionnaires of teachers and students in this specialty are evaluated and analyzed, and corresponding suggestions are put forward, so as to provide important reference value for the optimization of the professional talent cultivation plan.
