Abstract:
The feasibility of integrating physical function training theory into college physical education courses is discussed in terms of the objectives, structure and organizational forms of physical education courses. The conclusion is: physical function training theory adapts to the physical and mental development characteristics of college students, meets theobjectives of college physical education courses, enriches the organizational form of college physical education courses, and improves the structure of college physical education courses. The existing studies also show that physical function training theory can be integrated into college physical education courses and has certain application value in college physical education courses.
