Abstract: In the process of the construction of student Party branch, a new pattern of “three-type” cooperation and complementary advantages is gradually formed by establishing a “learning-type” system framework, promoting the integration of “service-type” construction, and improving “innovation-type” mechanism. The student Party branch in colleges and universities takes the construction of “three-type” system as the focus, leading student Party members to build a solid ideological foundation in “learning”, consolidate the mass foundation in “service”, and enhance the ability level in “innovation”, so as to comprehensively and effectively enhance the organizational power of the student Party branches in Colleges and universities.
