基于激励相容理论的商科专业企业学院运行机制实践

Practice of Operation Mechanism of Business Specialty Enterprise College Based on Incentive Compatibility Theory

  • 摘要: 企业学院是落实现代学徒制工学结合人才培养模式的有效实施平台,其运行过程中需要融合各核心利益相关方的核心利益诉求。在合作中,各方需要基于激励相容理论,精心选择试点院校专业及合作企业,科学配置各方互补性资源,合理设定阶梯式人才培养目标。在此基础上设计好激励相容的商科专业企业学院运行机制,进而可有效促进企业学院的高效运行。

     

    Abstract: Enterprise college is an effective implementation platform for implementing the talent cultivation of modern apprenticeship with a combination of work and study. Its operation process needs to integrate the core interest demands of various core stakeholders. In cooperation, all parties need to carefully select the specialties of pilot colleges and cooperative enterprises, scientifically allocate complementary resources of all parties, and reasonably set ladder talent training objectives based on the incentive compatibility theory. On this basis, a good incentive compatible operation mechanism of business professional enterprise college is designed, which can effectively promote the operation of enterprise college in colleges and universities.
