Abstract:
Smart TV is an important carrier for the family entertainment life of elderly users. However, due to the complex interface and lack of content presentation and multi-channel natural interaction operation paradigm suitable for elderly users, the current products are still inefficient in the voice interaction experience of smart TVs. From the perspective of age-appropriate design, the system analyzes the four experience levels of perception, cognition, aesthetics, and emotion of smart TV's voice interactive interface, and then proposes corresponding four-level age-appropriate design strategies to meet the group characteristics and use of elderly users habit, realize a natural and efficient user interaction experience with audiovisual integration.
