摘要: 结合市场调研, 从形态、功能以及交互三个层面对手持静电纺丝仪产品设计要素进行解析, 通过模糊Kano模型及系数计算对各项要素进行属性分类与筛选, 挖掘最能提升用户满意度与兴奋度的设计要素, 并将所得结果运用于后期设计实践中。实践验证了模糊Kano模型在产品设计中的有效性, 提升了用户对于手持静电纺丝仪产品的满意度。Abstract: A fuzzy Kano model was proposed to analyze the design elements of the handheld electrostatic spinning apparatus from the aspects of shape design, function setting and behavior interaction, and to obtain the user's demand tendency for the product. The expected quality attributes and attractive quality elements of the handheld electrostatic spinning apparatus are prioritized and the validity of fuzzy Kano model in product design is verified by practice, and the user's satisfaction with the product of handheld electrostatic spinning machine is improved.
