Abstract: Discipline competition plays an important role in the training of innovative talents for Engineering Management Major. In order to realize the coordination between discipline competition and professional education in the cultivation of innovative talents, the Engineering Management Major of Anhui University of Technology promotes teaching through competitions and constructs a discipline competition system based on process chain, which plays a positive role in promoting the innovation ability of undergraduates and improving the quality of professional teachers.
